Texas Institute of Orthopedic Surgery And Sports Medicine teams up with CSA. On February 5th, 2011, Dr Khubchandani spoke at the coaches meeting to provide basic education in medical care including fracture and injury splinting techniques. TiOS also provided all of the coaches with athletic duffel bags containing critical splinting and first aid supplies which the coaches keep on the sidelines for the immediate care of the injured athlete. Dr Khubchandani added: “We are proud to team up with CSA to care for the participating athletes by providing education and immediate access to a high level of medical and orthopedic care”.

As many as 50 – 60 referees from Grapevine, Southlake, Keller, Trophy Club, Hurst and Bedford will participate. Texas Institute of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine is proud to be a sponsor of the 2nd Annual Dragon Basketball Pink Zone Game. TiOS is proud to support the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. The game is scheduled for February 4, 2011 at the Carroll Senior High School, game times are 6:00 p.m. for the Varsity Lady Dragons and 7:30 p.m. for the Varsity Men’s Dragons. TiOS staff and physicians will be wearing pink to cheer on the Dragons as we all help to battle cancer.
