Orthopedic surgeons at Tios are board certified in sports medicine in addition to orthopedic surgery. They are the official orthopedic surgeons of the three North Texas Roller Derby Leagues. We are proud to be affiliated with the upcoming and exciting male and female roller derby leagues of North Texas and look forward to providing state of the art care to all our athletes. Once again Texas Institute of Orthopedic Surgery And Sports Medicine will serves as an official sponsor of Soccerfest 2012. In addition Dr Khan will assist in organizing and providing medical coverage with the assistance of local therapy providers. Soccerfest will be held at different venues in Southlake, Grapevine and Colleyville to accommodate several visiting teams. This event requires a large scale medical coverage plan. According to Dr. Khan collaboration with local health care providers was an example of our community stepping up to provide our local and participating athletes with a safe and high level of medical care during the event.

For the second year in a row Texas Institute of Orthopedic Surgery And Sports Medicine, PLLC (TiOS) has partnered with Baylor Medical Center at Trophy Club (BMCTC) to serves as co-sponsors of Soccerfest 2012. Team players and coaches will be given water bottles and plastic bags for their needs during the weekend tournament. According to Dr.Khan this is an example of ongoing physician and hospital partnership to support our community and athletes. We would like to thank Baylor Medical Center at Trophy Club for their continued support of Soccerfest hosted by Grapevine-Southlake Soccer Club (GSSC) and Grapevine-Southlake Soccer Association (GSSA).
